Phone Bill or Utility bill in the renter's name (not a cellular phone bill) that can be verified through directory assistance, or a recent monthly statement that does not show past due status. The address on bill must match address in renter's profile. A return ticket from an airline, cruise or train. Verifiable phone number in the name of the renter. Ability to make a cash deposit in addition to the cost of the rental. (how much depends on rental amount & location) Additional Drivers are not allowed on cash rentals. Cash deposits are not accepted for Luxury car rentals

Enterprise does not allow you to rent a car with cash.

Hertz

Cash Rentals with Hertz are accepted with a Cash Deposit ID Card. Applications for a Cash Deposit ID Card are available from your local Hertz Office only. All applicants must be 18 years or older and the application process takes approximately 30 days. There is a $15 USD nonrefundable processing fee. If accepted you will be issued a Hertz Cash deposit ID card that may be used at the time of pick up.

National

Cash Rental Qualifications

Only Economy through full-size vehicles can be rented with cash.

No Additional Drivers are allowed on Cash Rentals.

To rent a car with cash, all rentals require a deposit of $300 per rental, in addition to the pre-calculated rental charges.

When the rental vehicle is returned in accordance with the car rental terms and conditions, the cash deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle (in some instances, the refund will be mailed to the customer following the return of the rental vehicle).
